The kids had a good run around in the park today. Five rounds! Afterwards we continued with November's STEAM theme: ART & DESIGN!

The students followed up on the painting they made on Tuesday, this time creating a frame. They added further details to the piece, based on the name they had chosen. At the end they learned how to introduce it: "The name of my painting is ________"





The small kids also had the chance to go out today and take advantage of the great weather. Later, back in class they had fun learning about carbonated drinks.



The bigger kids went onto the final stages of the Rainbow Volcano project today - eruption! Everyone had fun watching the effect of combining carbonated drinks with baking soda. This led to a whole slew of questions about volcanoes that we did our best to answer.
